Welcome to PawZena! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PawZena application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by 4Paws Market ("we," "us," or "our").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the site or application.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

 1. Use of the Services

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

Account Registration: To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

No Veterinary Advice: The PawZena application provides tools to store pet health records and facilitate communication with your veterinarian. PawZena does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian or other qualified animal health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. In a severe emergency, immediately contact your local 24-hour veterinary hospital.


2. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 60 days). If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period expires.

Billing: After your free trial, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the stated rate (e.g., $0.99/month) unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.



3. User Content

You retain all rights to the information, records, and data you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4Paws Market and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification).
